Refund and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund – it must be undamaged in its original packaging. If you receive the wrong merchandise or your product is damaged upon receipt, we will refund the original product price and your shipping cost in the same way it was paid. Refunds for returned goods will be processes once the goods have been received and inspected. Only partial re-funds may be passed for damaged product at the discretion of DieFlea.com. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Your refund will be issued back to the card used for your purchase. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your new details. DieFlea.com recommends sending returns by some traceable means in a secure box as DieFlea.com cannot be responsible for loss or damage.
